If the iPhone or iPad is discharged, connect it to the power adapter and let it charge for 15 minutes, then try turning it on without disconnecting it from the charger.
If the battery is completely discharged, sometimes after 5-15 minutes of charging, by pressing the power button, on the screen of a smartphone or tablet you can see an image with a lightning and a socket. This means that not enough time has passed since the start of charging. Wait a little longer.

Another common problem. A fully charged iPhone or iPad turned on and off. Pressing the power button does not start the device. Nothing terrible happened, the smartphone automatically switched to the so-called “save mode”, this happens if you very rarely reboot the device.

The above situations are standard and, as a rule, are resolved elementarily. However, if the above solutions do not help, you most likely encounter one of the following problems:
- The battery or power controller is out of order.
- Faulty adapter or USB cable. Replace the faulty charging device;
- Dirty cable connection. Clean the cable connector;
- Using a non-original charging cable. Replace your cable with the original or its MFI analogue;
- Mechanical damage to the charging connector or other mechanical damage to the device. Contact the service center;
