Often, users of the Android OS have a problem, which is that the computer does not see the phone.
First of all, this problem arises due to the cross-platform nature of the smartphone operating system.
It can be connected to any computer, so often there is a problem of compatibility of software components and drivers.
Solution No. 1. USB connection check
Before considering problems with drivers, viruses and the phone itself, you need to check whether the device is connected to the computer correctly.
There is a possibility that the connection cord is defective or the connector on the computer or device has broken.
If this does not happen, the connector does not respond or is broken. Use a different USB input or another computer.
If the computer still “saw” the user device, but it was not recognized as removable media and the contents did not open, you need to configure the drivers.

After rebooting the smartphone, clear the RAM from unnecessary processes and delete the phone’s cache.
When you restart your computer or laptop, you must configure safe power-on mode.

Connect the phone to the PC again and open the contents of your smartphone through the computer explorer.
Other solutions to the problem
If the previous solutions did not help you, the problem may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Phone memory full. In this case, errors may also occur when connecting to a PC. Delete unnecessary files and applications, and then try again. You can also format or change the memory card.
After completing all the actions, disconnect the phone from the computer and reboot it and only then connect it again;
